Babou is the name of Cheryl's pet ocelot.
Cheryl feels a bit of buyer's remorse for purchasing Babou because it is sick all the time. She actually has had to call in sick or late to work because she needed to take care of it. At the time, everyone thought Cheryl was lying because ocelots are a rare and expensive pet and they were unaware of her wealth.
While visiting Cheryl's home, Archer is excited by the news that Cheryl actually has an ocelot. He goes to play with Babou and gets a little torn up in the process. Afterwards, Archer insists on buying the little cat a toy, because Babou is "desperate for something to play with," remarking "It's like Meow-schwitz in there" in reference to Babou's large, empty room.
Later, while on the Limited train, Cheryl takes Babou along in his own private train car (since her family founded the railroad company). Babou manages to escape, forcing Archer to search for him, before appearing to spray before the Mounties and terrorists disguised as Mounties with urine. At the end, both Archer and Babou are in a police car for their behavior. Archer also seems to be able to communicate with Babou. When speaking to him, Babou appears to respond and Archer replies as if Babou had spoken in plain english.
