Benoit is a concierge at the hotel where Malory, Sterling, Lana, and Ray were staying during a mission to recover a disk of data from Le Chuffre. He earned the nickname Benoit Balls from Archer, because it makes him think of the sex toy Ben Wa Balls.

He died when Archer forced him to drive off a ramp and crash the Gran Prix racing car he was driving into Le Chuffre's helicopter.
