Bilbo worked with the computers and satellites at ISIS, as well as other technical support. He was a Hobbit enthusiast and had an exact double working at ISIS (as seen in the first episode, "Mole Hunt"). It is unclear whether his name is really Bilbo or if it's just a nickname.
He lived with a roommate in Queens.
In the episode "Once Bitten," Kreiger tells Malory he doesn't actually know how to operate any of the ISIS satellite technology. Before Malory can respond, Krieger tells her "That was that fat guy you killed," presumably referring to Bilbo. (He is shown alive in a later episode "Coyote Lovely," in which Malory smacks him so hard he dies. The production code for this episode indicates that this should be the 2nd episode of the season, therefore these events are out of order.)
