Charles Napier (April 12, 1936 – October 5, 2011) was a prolific American voice actor; well known for his work in productions like Star Trek, Squidbillies, and The Critic. He provided the voice for Dr. Speltz in the episode "Stage Two", which was documented as his last voice role before his death.
