David Cross is an American actor, writer, stand-up comedian and voice actor. He is well known for playing the character Tobias Fünke on "Arrested Development." Cross is the fourth cast member from "Arrested Development" to have a character on Archer (TV series).
He voiced Noah in the third season for a series of episodes including, "Heart of Archness: Part II" and "Heart of Archness: Part III."
