Giggles is one of the more immature members of Romper's crew along with Yum Yum. He slapped Cyril around like a stooge and even forgets his codename, needing to be reminded by Romper that his codename is indeed Giggles. Furthermore, Rompers needed to specify that "swift, brutal reprisals" were necessary for any hostage that got out of hand.
