Kenny Bilko is a Canadian bomber who appears in The Limited. He is voiced by Trailer Park Boys star Robb Wells.

- Bilko closely resembles his voice actor, Robb Wells, and his respective character in the Canadian mockumentary show Trailer Park Boys, 'Ricky LaFleur', who frequently gets into criminal and fraudulent situations with his 'boys' as he frequently refers to. However, ironically, the actual Mounties closely resemble the 'real boys' of Trailer Park Boys, such as 'Julian', 'Randy', and 'Lahey', the latter being characterized by his gray hair and moustache. For another layer of irony, the terrorist Mounties are voiced by John Paul Tremblay and Mike Smith, who play Julian and Bubbles, of the aforementioned group. All of these references seem to make this episode a pseudo-crossover between the two shows, albeit a rather confusing one.
