Grand Prix racing cars are the primary vehicles in competition at the Monaco Gran Prix. They are often referred to as Formula One.
ISIS Agents Sterling, Lana and Ray stole three Gran Prix racing cars in order to pursue Benoit, who had also stolen a Gran Prix car. Lana chose the number 53 car which used exactly the same racing stripes, colors and logos as Herbie the Love Bug. Ray chose the pink number 1 car and Sterling chose Jim Clark's Lotus green number 6 car. Benoit was in the number 4 John Surtees Ferrari 158.
The Gran Prix cars that appear in "Jeu Monégasque" are variations on classic Gran Prix racing cars. They share many similarities to the Lotus 49, Eagle Mk1 and the 3.0L Gurney-Weslake V12.
