The Turkman Leader is the leader of a tribe of Turkmen who find Cyril, Sterling, and Ray in Turkmenistan after they hit a camel with a jeep. He is affectionately called "Manbear" by Ray, and is willing to help the group with some antivenom and bread, but for a price.
