Franny Delaney is the leader of the Irish Mob and responsible for the fake cancer-drug operation. Sterling Archer rampaged his way to Franny, which is catalogued in his film Terms of En-Rampagement. Franny is confined to a wheelchair for unknown reasons and must use an oxygen tank, possibly due to his smoking habits. Sterling kills Franny in cold blood, despite Franny's belief that a sense of fair play would spare his life.
