Mannfred is a middle-aged freelance German spy who works with his 19-year-old girlfriend, Uta. They often take jobs from Nikolai Jakov for New York-based activities. Mannfred has a large scar on his left cheek and speaks with a heavy German accent. He regularly use the Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer Pistol as his primary sidearm.
