Michiko Ishikawa is a character that appeared in "The Archer Sanction." She is voiced by Rina Hoshino. She was a member of INTERPOL alongside Mario Sevino and Hans Hessler in pursuit of Patrick McCaren. Ishikawa was later killed by McCaren during the climb of Die Totensplitz.
Archer suspected her of being their assassination target (due to him not reading the brief) because he thought the target was from an Axis Power.
