Nikolai Jakov is the head of the Russian KGB, and possibly the biological father of ISIS agent Sterling Archer. He also holds a love/hate relationship with Sterling's mother Malory and has an extremely pronounced Russian accent.
Relationship with Malory
He was in a 40-year, long-distance relationship with Malory Archer, during which he stayed faithful to her the entire time. After they break-up, he remains extremely depressed for a long period of time. This turns to anger when Archer enters Russia to attempt to learn the truth.
