Oingo was the first member introduced by Mr. Romper to the hostages. He is part of the 6 out of 7 members whose name begins with the letter of the color he is wearing. He is also one of the members who escaped the authorities alongside Romper, Nurple, and Boingo. It is noteworthy that he his the only member of the crew seen with part of his mask off in the house, revealing the lower part of his face when he was eating a slice of pizza.
