Rita is Dr. Speltz’s nurse and was present at both Malory Archer’s and Sterling Archer’s breast cancer screenings in "Stage Two".
She had a previous sexual encounter with Archer under his cover identity of Chet Manley. During and since that time he has mistaken her name as Peggy, similar to how he has treated Cheryl Tunt. He promised he would call her, but never did.
